Golden raisins are dried, coated , stemmed, mechanically cleaned, sorted and packaged with the customers special specifications. Processing of the golden raisins always is started with washing. The producer dries the product in the shadows and coat them with vegetable oil. This process doesn’t have effect on its moisture quickly. The next step is to remove the stems and cleaning. The final step is sorting them.

Actually golden raisins are made from Sultanas, treated with Sulfur Dioxide, and flame dried to give them their characteristic color.
