Types of Black Tea:

Keemun tea is often used in blends like English Breakfast tea for its depth of flavor. Yunnan black tea comes from the Yunnan province of China. It is known for its rich, earthy flavor with hints of cocoa and honey. Lapsang Souchong is also a Chinese black tea that is smoked over pinewood fires, giving it a distinctive smoky flavor and aroma. It has a bold, robust character with hints of pine and resin. Lapsang Souchong is often enjoyed on its own or used to add a smoky note to blends.
