Rabbi dates are one of the types of Iranian dates that are produced in Sistan and Baluchestan province. The dates are cultivated in several cities of this province. Cities such as Chabahar, Saravan, Iranshahr, Zabol and Khash are among the areas for growing and producing Rabi dates. The price of Rabbi dates is relatively reasonable among semi-dry dates in the International dates market.

Rabbi dates have a thin skin, black color similar to the color of Mazafati dates, but with a wrinkled appearance, high juice, less moisture, small core and favors like chocolate. This date is one of the delicious Iranian dates that becomes semi-dry when fully ripe. Due to its low humidity, Rabbi dates are considered to be dates with high shelf life, and this has prevented them from facing problems such as the need for refrigeration in the long term.

Rabbi Date is one of the most important productions of Sistan and the Baluchestan province in Iran. Rabbi is very delicious and tasty. The color of this date is dark brown and black.

It has thin skin, low moisture, and a small seed. These dates have a unique flavor among all dates fruits. It has a sweet taste  The skin can not be separated from the main part of the date, which helps to wash the product before packaging. Rabbi dates have an oval shape

This date is known as Pakistani dates in other countries because of the re-export of the product from Pakistan to other countries. Due to its proximity to Sistan and Baluchestan province, Pakistani traders buy this product in bulk and after repackaging it, they export it to countries such as China, Arab countries, Europe, Far Asia and Australia under the name of Pakistani dates.
