Fig is one of the healthiest fruits where are native to tropical regions and the Middle East. Iran is a major producers of fig in the world.  Estehban region in south of Iran is the center of natural and organic fig production. Most of produced figs are naturally dried and exported to other countries.

Dried fig is source of potassium, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus and high in vitamins A, B and C content and dietary fiber.
